As a developer and support executive for a European retail giant. I have directed the efforts of the cross-geographical support team to support and improve business user applications. I Delivered 50+ problem requests over a year to help the application run smoothly with 100% excellence. While serving as a developer in Oracle forms, reports, and databases with a strong technical background covering Oracle PL/SQL programming and Oracle Forms-Reports. I Developed, enhanced, and customized over 30+ Change and Enhancement requests throughout five releases with 100% efficiency and zero defect.

This project involved applying the DMAIC process to identify sources of rejection in 135+ SKUs of film-based capacitors. CTQs were determined from the voice of business and a Nested Gage RxR study validated the measurement system. Causes of rejection were logically organized and a cost-benefit analysis was performed for proposed solutions. An implementation and acceptance strategy was proposed.
This project was concerned with breakdown issues with Shot-Blasting machine for water heater manufacturing. A breakdown time analysis was conducted on a shot-blasting machine, using a fishbone diagram to categorize various reasons for breakdown. A 5-Why Analysis shortlisted the top five reasons and their probable root causes were determined. A preventative maintenance program was suggested for the machine.
Conducted market research and analysed 16 product features for parcel tracking app adaptation. Collaborated with designers to finalize product designs, prioritized features, and created low-fidelity wireframes. Determined tangible and intangible benefits of app features, presented to senior managers and handed off to developers. Documented and defined a product design document for future app releases.
Management was in the process of overhauling its current operating model. We built a framework for how a company will create value. To Refines the potential of a business down to its essence. The Business Model was developed post the comprehensive 5C situation analysis for the Agro market. We also performed a cost-benefit analysis related to some issues faced by the factory manager to help them with better options.
Our team at TCS Noida, was tasked with ensuring quality assurance for the green-field implementation project that involved moving a legacy system to Azure. The business user application developed for 9000+ stores in the US was a prescription management application, and our team was responsible for performing System Integration Testing to ensure its seamless integration with other systems.
Developed PLSQL functions/procedures for 30+ Change and Enhancement requests with only 2 low-priority defects in SDLC. Also, created SDDs for 20+ requests for client approval. Second, automated clean-up activities in batch jobs to enhance data consistency and reduce fetch time by 20%. Third, performed RCA for incorrect product price information and identified anomalies with the current functionality.

Volunteering has brought me a sense of personal satisfaction and purpose. Knowing that I have contributed to the community and made a positive impact on someone's life has been rewarding. It has also given me a chance to develop new skills, meet new people, and expand my horizons. Volunteering has helped me step out of my comfort zone and challenge myself to take on new responsibilities. It has been a humbling experience, and I am grateful for the opportunity to give back.
Around 20,000 students directly benefited from the person's content development. Our goal was to understand the students' difficulties and explain the lessons in their mother tongue, make learning more engaging and interesting, and create questions and answers that are easier to understand, especially in the current virtual learning environment.
In March 2014, I participated in a NSS Special Camp and actively volunteered in various social activities such as blood donation, awareness campaigns, nukkads, and cleanliness drives. I also won the poster-making competition for an AIDS awareness campaign in 2013 and also the coordinator for a Rotary Blood Donation Camp in 2014.
